We use UPS for delivery of all our products. As a customer, you can choose between UPS ground delivery or UPS next day delivery.

Shadow Products is pleased to offer our customers the convenience of tracking the delivery of their products by UPS. You can view your the progress of your delivery without even having to leave the Shadow Products website.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a UPS reference number. Simply enter this number in the Order Tracking section of the ShadowProducts.com website to view the status of your order!

Please note that Shadow Products, LLC collects sales tax on orders purchased in and delivered to residents of the state of North Carolina.
